Title : - Orbital Periostitis
Though not very common orbital periostitis is very common cause of unilateral involvement of eye.
Causes could be because of 
1. Injury,
2. Tuberculosis,
3. Syphilis.
Swelling, pain and tenderness in the orbit is generally the presentation. Detailed ophthalmic examination is the definitive way to follow the child.
