History of short duration of illness without presence of inflammatory focus in the region of face is highly suggestive of orbital secondaries. Conditions to be ruled out Neuroblastoma, Lymphoma and Nephroblastoma. Abdominal examination , Ultrasound of abdomen and orbit. CAT Scan of abdomen and orbit, bone marrow staining , 24 hours urinary catecholamines will help in the final diagnosis.
