It is obvious that this child is suffering from a multi system disease process involving the RS, Skin, Liver and spleen, Hematopoietic system, lymphoreticular system and Bone marrow. Here the finding of seborrheic dermatitis is an important clue, as this along with a history of recurrent ear discharge (not mentioned in this case) are important diagnostic clue for LCH, i.e., Langerhans cell Histiocytosis.
