Multisystemic involvement, HSM, lymphadenopathy, interstitial pneumonia, dermatitis, anemia, thrombocytopenia are some features which guide us to suspicion of HIV infection. Congenital form usualy presents at the age of 1 yr. HIV Elisa should be performed in child and parents.
