The child seems to be having a generalised lymphadenopathy. I would like to investigate the child as follows:
[1] CBC, ESR,
[2] USG Abdomen for spleen , liver and lymph bodes.
[3] Biopsy of enlarged lymph nodes and pathological diagnosis
[4] If need be, bone marow aspiration and cytology is also advised.
Treatment depends upon severity of disease and systems involved.
