Title : - Sickle cell anemia with vasoocclusive crisis?

As the patient presented with a focus of infection in form of cough and high grade fever since3 days, leading to sudden onset hemiplegia and pallor noticed, suggests according to me a possibility of the child having sickle cell anemia and infection leading to vasoocclusive crisis and this clinical picture....kindly mention the liver spleen size, any h/o transfusion, or similar episode in the past.
