As a continuation to my earlier comments yesterday, Iwould like to add that the revelation today of serum K which reads 0.7 is unlikely as the same level is not compatible with life,please confirmthe figure and also let us know complete ABG of this child if alive esp.blood pH. It is most likely aretospective exercise and not an antemotem study .Kindly furnish authentic documentation of the said case
