Title : - Thrombocytopenia > Haematoma > Cellulitis

This looks like celluitis. The picture shows that there is whitish purulent discharge. (Or is it a drain?). H/O Petechial rash & echymotic patches are suggestive of a bleeding tendency. Low platelet count almost clinches the diagnosis. The question arises whethter it is consumptive coagulopathy or thrombocytopenia giving rise to haematoma which got infected.
